Q: How do I know what kind of treatment(s) I need at your clinic? A: When your family doctor refers you for a certain treatment, the doctor usually specifies the kind of service(s) you may need. If in doubt, we suggest you to book an initial assessment session with our physiotherapist to determine your needs.

Q: I am recently injured in a motor vehicle accident, my lawyer referred me to a clinic for therapy, but I do not like their services. Can I transfer to your clinic for therapy? A: Yes. In Ontario, a non healthcare professional, such as a lawyer, has no right to refer you to a healthcare professional for treatments. However, you must make sure your insurance adjuster knows and agrees to your transfer from the original clinic. |
